As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we power Pipeline AZ and My Future AZ, providing the statewide infrastructure that connects K–12 learners and career seekers to education, training, and employment pathways. By leveraging real-time data and cross-sector collaboration, we align talent with opportunity—strengthening career outcomes for individuals and delivering measurable impact for Arizona’s economy.
